Our goal is to help people understand how they interact with their home so we can focus on crafting an experience that uplifts, comforts, and inspires the people who live there.

Ever since childhood, Sarah has been fascinated and consumed by the power of interior design, the impact it has on a space, and on people’s lives.
She studied Fine Art at FIT, where she specialized in decorative arts and styling, spending much of her free time immersed in art and design in museums and galleries.
Starting out in textile design before transitioning into teaching elementary art, Sarah developed an eye for detail and a passion for creativity. Combining these skills with her love for interior design, she was led to establish Sarah Regan Interiors.
Sarah stayed at home to raise her three wonderful children before going on to complete the interior design program at Molloy College so she could fulfill her dreams of opening her own interior design firm.
Her unique professional and life experiences inform her design approach. She understands the importance of creating spaces that are functional and built to last for families, while also having a natural eye for the creative and artistic sides of design.
Sarah is passionate about all elements of her business, from forming personal bonds with her clients, to changing their lives for the better through design.
Last summer, Sarah worked with us to update our living room. Initially she asked me fill out a questionnaire to get to know my style and focus for the project. Sarah did an awesome job bringing several fabrics to our home on her first visit following measurements for window treatments. One fabric was more beautiful than the next! She was so patient with me and together we chose to use a fabric which complemented our front hall foyer and created a warm flow into the living room space. Secondly, Sarah shared two beautiful modern and classic rug samples which not only tied into the existing upholstered furniture and new drapes (she had fabricated & hung) but coordinately so perfectly with our adjacent dining room. The rug we picked is my favorite piece! We were provided with style boards which included more modern lighting and tables, as well as, wall decor and accent pieces to make the room look completely different. She was a great listener and kept in close touch with us as we waited for pieces to arrive and consider. Sarah’s expertise and confident eye for color allowed our update to happen quickly and be ready to share the holidays with our family & friends in our modernized light & bright living room. We just love it—Mission accomplished !!
Sarah Regan is a talented interior designer and an absolute pleasure to work with! When I moved into my new home, Sarah helped me to select textiles, pillows, lamps and wallpaper for many of the rooms. She ordered many beautiful samples for me and helped me to select the ones that were just right for my space. She made many visits to understand my vision, create online boards with pricing, and be certain I was happy with every last detail. She was extremely patient with me! She arranged for my window seat and windows to be measured and fabricated and they are perfect. I am so grateful for all of her hard work and artistic eye!
Sarah was so helpful when it was time for me to decorate my recently renovated apartment. She came to my home, took measurements and asked me a ton of questions to get an idea of my style. I was a challenging customer because my taste was so expansive. I like the farmhouse look to mid-century modern and Sarah did a great job of explaining why I couldn’t’ do something and finding an alternative that would make more sense and be more cohesive.
Once she had an idea of my color scheme and my style, she put together a floor plan and mood board with suggestions. I reviewed, gave her my thoughts, we edited it and finalized it. She then gave me a list of all the items I should purchase for my home with prices and links. She made it so easy for me to buy on my own timeline.
I was having a lot of trouble committing to decorative pieces and colors schemes for fear of hating my choices and being stuck with them. She really gave me confidence to commit and finally get my home decorated. She was so helpful, professional, and organized.
We hired Sarah Regan Interiors for our dining room, living room and den. Sarah met with us and listened to our needs, presented everything to us for approval and oversaw the installation. We are so busy with the three kids, hiring her really made it easy. We absolutely love the results, highly recommend!
